Business Analyst / Application Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consultant of Microsoft Dynamics AX/ D365 FO/ CRM
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Plan and schedule project timelines; identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how the software can best meet client’s requirements and business objectives
• Work with consultants as a team responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics solution including training clients, testing software modifications, and providing support and consultation, and implementing MS Dynamics solutions at client sites
• Communicate with team leader and other project managers to manager resource allocations
• Manage billing to customers and billing forecasts based on contract terms and actual project deliveries
• Analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet client’s requirements objectives
• Providing presales support on Microsoft Dynamics to sales team

Job Requirements:

• Holding a degree in any relevant area like Business Administration, Management Information System, HR, Finance and Commerce, Accounting, Logistics Management, Retail, Manufacturing/Production etc. will be an advantage
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience with any ERP system (such as Oracle Enterprise One/JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Sun Accounts, etc.) is required
• Having experience on presales
• Having hands-on experience with any CRM system is preferred
• Having experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an absolute advantage
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and good in Mandarin
• Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have to be willing to take the initiative and be able to work independently
• Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Travel to PRC and other countries depending on the requirement of the project is required
