Nicole Lui is the Managing Partner of Wellesley Associates and leads the Commerce and IT teams. With over fourteen years of professional recruitment industry experience focusing on middle to senior-level positions within the Technology & Fin-tech industry. Focus on Senior Management, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Presales, Solution architect and so on.

Prior to Wellesley, Nicole spent 8 years in the Hong Kong recruitment market with global firms Robert Walters and Randstad where she managed multi-teams specialising in middle to senior level Sales & Marketing, IT, HR, Accounting & Finance roles across the Banking, Retail, Consumer and Technology sectors. Nicole graduated from The University of Victoria, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and furthered her education upon her return to Hong Kong, being awarded an MBA degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ida Luk is a Managing Director of Wellesley Associates based in Hong Kong, focusing on Retail, Luxury, Education and FMCG sectors. Ida’s professional recruitment career began in 2009 at global firm Robert Walters where she specialised in placing middle to senior level positions.

Ida’s client base includes MNC’s and her expertise and focus is in HR and Retail across Luxury, Education and FMCG with a proven track record of placing candidates in all Human Resources roles; including Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development and in retail roles such as Store Operations, Training, Business Development, Marketing and Merchandising

Janice To is an Executive Director of Wellesley Associates who specialize in recruiting for Private / Corporate Banking front line professionals across Hong Kong and Singapore. The roles she covers including Relationship Management, Investment and product, client services.

Prior to joining Wellesley, Janice had 4+ years of working experience in recruitment industry, was one of the top performing consultants in Asia and the business development representative for private banking team with another two global recruiters. Janice is graduated from Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Business Analysis. She speaks native Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin.

Charlene Yeung is an Executive Director at Wellesley Associates, based in Hong Kong. She covers legal and compliance talent search across banking, financial services and fintech sectors in Asia. On top of specialist recruitment, Charlene also works on a hybrid role and perform executive searches with Wellesley Partners on specific legal and compliance mandates globally from Associate up to C-suite levels.

Janet Lo is an Associate Director of Wellesley Associates, based in Hong Kong. She specializes in Technology recruitment focusing on but not limited to software engineering, infrastructure, database, or information security positions across Financial Services, FinTech, and commercial clients.

Prior to joining Wellesley Associates, Janet worked as a Recruitment Consultant since 2020 in a Dutch-based recruitment firm specializing in the IT software development industry with a prime focus on the commercial sector.

Coco Chan is an Associate of Wellesley Associates based in Hong Kong. She specializes in Information Technology focusing on but not limited to software engineering, infrastructure, database, cybersecurity and project positions.

Prior to joining Wellesley Associates, Coco worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in banking & finance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She speaks native Cantonese and fluent in English and Mandarin.
