Senior IT Support Specialist - Real Estate

Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • VIP & 2nd tier support and technical escalation from first tier supports
  • Responsible for O365 system administration works, Intune/ SCCM, maintenance of standard Windows and Mac configuration, mobile devices configuration etc.
  • Planning and overseeing mass software deployment, ensuring compatibility and usability for end-users (e.g. Hyperion plug-in)
  • Studying new technology products and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity, and make recommendations to management
  • Planning and coordination of office relocation / new office setup works

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 5 years of relevant experience in helpdesk support with working knowledge on O365, Windows 10 /11, MacOS, Android and IOS
  • Experience in project coordination with internal parties and vendors is preferred
  • Relevant Microsoft certificate is an advantage
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, willing to learn, energetic and conscientious
