Marketing and Sales Assistant Manager/Manager – Chinese Medicine Clinic

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase brand awareness and exposure, and to ensure customer satisfaction; achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth;
  • Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns and sales plans to drive customer traffic, engagement, and conversions on search engine and social media platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, WeChat Public Account, Xiaohongshu etc.), Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Manage and build a strong and long-term relationships with key accounts, and explore potential new clients and identifying new partners to expand the business
  • Identify business opportunities and provide insights based on market trend, competitors dynamics and external/internal data analysis
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide marketing administrative support and to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives;
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in Food, HealthCare sectors, ideally in Chinese Medicine industry
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
  • Positive attitude, proactive, fast paced
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
