HR Business Partner - Banking

Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the business partner of business unit to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters
  • Provide value-added HR advisory to designated business unit on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing HR polices, ensuring compliance to HK employment ordinance and other local regulations
  • Administer monthly payroll, attendance & leave management, group insurance schemes, MPF and tax returns
  • Complete monthly payroll with accuracy and timely manner by close working with the outsourced Payroll Provider
  • Coordinate with HQ Training and Development Team to deliver training initiatives and facilitate new hire trainings

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ relevant HR experience in banking or financial sector
  • Positive attitude, proactive, fast paced and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
  • People Management experience preferred, coaching, training and mentoring staff
  • Excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational management skills
