Electronic Project Manager - Up to $40K + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project/ maintenance team to ensure that the output of the team conform to the requirements on project programme, performance requirements, cost, quality and safety.
- Allocate manpower and expertise resources, office & facilities, special tools and test equipment
- Oversee management of major equipment suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure performance and conformance to project programme
- Control the budget
- Approve functional and detailed design outputs of the design team
- Approve submission including plans, method statements, design documentation, testing and commissioning documents, and operation and maintenance documentation produced by system design and implementation engineers
- Attend project progress meetings, design review meetings, interface meeting and maintenance service review meetings (when applicable)
- Prepare invoices for completion of works
- Certify payment for sub-contractors
- Propose quote for Engineers’ Instructions and Variation Orders
- Assist in co-ordination of other contractual and commercial matters including insurance and indemnity.
- Co-ordinate with relevant local parties including customer’s personnel, Network Operators, Telephone Operators, regulatory bodies and other parties working on site and in project related meetings
- Recruit project team members
- Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement
- Address risks and opportunities, integrate, implement and evaluate effectiveness of related actions
- Drafting of all project drawings using Microstation, Autocad and REVIT
- Handle all drawings according to customer’s specification and the company’s quality procedure
- Prepare high level design & T&C document
- Attend site visit in tender & design phase
- Train up other technical members in mastering the drafting software
- Ensure compliance of safety and quality requirements
- Comply with the Company’s requirements on information security responsibilities and duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/ Electronics/ Engineering, or other related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant industry
- Adaptability to changing business environments and willingness to take on new challenges
- Driving License
- Good RF knowledge such as Mobile, TETRA or Wi-Fi technologies
- Knowledge on Radio & Network Planning
- Basic knowledge on software Microstation / Autocad / Revit
- Less experience can be considered as Senior Engineer/ Engineer
