Sourabh Chattopadhyay is a Partner and Country Head of Wellesley Partners India, having joined the business in January 2011. Sourabh is a generalist with a special focus on alternative investments, capital markets, and investment banking.

Sourabh has a broad range of experience, from conducting searches at senior levels to working with domestic Indian institutions in helping them set up their off-shore businesses through capital and strategic introductions and acting as a liaison for foreign firms to set up their practice in India. Prior to joining Wellesley Partners, Sourabh headed Options Group's executive search and strategic consulting practice in India. Sourabh has also been an entrepreneur and worked in institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Ernst and Young, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

He holds a BBA in Economics from Pace University (USA) and has completed advanced work in Media Design at the New York University School of Continuing Education.
