Nick Henderson is a founding partner of Wellesley Partners Hong Kong Limited. He specializes in equities, equity derivatives, hedge fund and investment banking executive search.

Nick has worked in Executive Search in Asia for 10 years initially joining  Hong Kong based Anthony Baillieu and Associates in 1997. In January 2000 Nick became a founding partner and Managing Director of the highly rated executive search firm Henderson Baillieu Limited.

Throughout his executive search career Nick has enjoyed consistently high rankings in headhunting polls and in 2005 was amongst the top 6 most admired head hunters in Asia and the top 3 most admired headhunters in equities executive search.

Nick began his career in1987 with Cazenove and Co in London focusing on Asian equity stockbroking. He studied Economics and Accounting at Monash University, Melbourne attaining his Bachelors Degree in 1986.
