Loretta Chan is a Partner of Wellesley Partners Hong Kong Limited and specializes in search within Global Markets including Fixed Income Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Leverage Finance and Private Financing.

Loretta has been in executive search since 2002 initially with Hong Kong based, Pelham Search Pacific where she was specializing in Fixed Income Derivatives/Equity Derivatives mandates. She later joined Robertson Smart Group as a consultant covering both legal and fixed income. Loretta was most recently running the Hong Kong office of Webbe International and heading the Financial Markets business for Asia ex-Japan.

She graduated with a LLB (Hons) and worked with firms such as Sullivan & Cromwell and Dow Chemical prior to executive search. Loretta is fluent in English as well as spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.

Loretta was individually ranked # 1 in Fixed Income, and # 10 overall in the 2008 AsiaMoney Headhunters’ Poll.
