Jeremy Harris is a founding Partner and the Managing Partner of Wellesley Partners Limited in Asia and specialises in search within Asset Management (traditional and alternative as well as property investment and portfolio management).

Jeremy has been in executive search since 1998, having initially founded his own company before joining Heidrick & Struggles in Asia as a Partner. He has been regularly voted in the Top 10 Headhunters Asia ex Japan and the top 5 Headhunters for Asset Management by AsiaMoney.

Prior to executive search and having gained an LLB (Hons), Jeremy served as a British Army Officer with the Irish Guards, before joining the corporate finance team of  SG Warburg Securities in London. His exposure to Asia began in 1993 as a senior member of the institutional equity sales teams of Crosby Securities in London and continued with CLSA in Singapore, focussing on Asian equities.

Jeremy was individually ranked # 5 in Buy-Side / Hedge Funds / Private Equity, and # 15 overall in the 2008 AsiaMoney Headhunters’ Poll.
